Cheapeast supplier with 0 cancellation fee?

I'm finding it hard to find the cheapest supplier with a £0 cancellation fee.
Me and my partner have just bought a house and it needs utilities supplying for around 3 months whilst we do it up before we move in (current tenancy isn't up until end of June).
I'll be transferring my current fixed contract over to that address as of July (it's fixed until Nov 2013). So shall I just go with my current suppliers standard tariff with the theory that costs should be minimal anyway? Or is there a way to search the £0 cancellation fee deals?
I'm also wanting to get them to switch out the current key meter and put in a normal meter, I wondered if I'd have better look getting this done for free with my current supplier but have no experience of getting meters changed as this is our first home.
There could also be some issues with the fact it was a repo, although we don't reckon there are arrears on utilities as the person moved out and tried to rent it out long before it was repossessed.
Any advice appreciated.

Use a comparison site. I don't think any prepayment tariff has an early exit fee, but I may be wrong and a comparison site would clearly state it if there is.
Requesting a credit meter has nothing to do with how any previous account holder may have acted, but may depend on your own financial status0 -

EDF do meter swaps for free and none of their current tariffs have cancellation fees.0
