Tesco Credit Card not a best deal

Well Tesco bank clubcard credit card was supposed to be interest free.

I have got the card and have registered for online banking.
Now I have a statement showing I have to make minimum payments, nothing about any interest free period.

Online Helpdesk:- Server error
Customer Contact Number:- 2 minutes of security questions and verification and then only 3 options, none of which is to talk to an advisor.
Login to my account No longer valid, you have to upgrade to their new login account. 9 attempts at getting past "please select a phrase you will recognise". Finally it all got to much in that not only did I have to remember my password but they now want you to remember a 6 digit number.

Eventually I fooled the system by pretending to ring from abroad, I spoke to someone who said although it does not state it I have got 15 months free of interest but I do have to pay the minimum balance each month.

What a nightmare system, the most unhelpful I have ever come accross

Your credit card agreement will clearly state any interest free periods for balance transfers or purchases.

Have you had a credit card before?

You always have to pay the minimum payment each month regardless of the 0% deal. It just means you're not paying interest on your purchases during the introductory period.
