    Your application was agreed on 15 march. This is after Abbey has done all their uw checks.
    At this stage they instruct the valuation
    If the valuation is all fine, then it goes to mortgage offer

    BUT after it is agreed it can be picked up for random audit before the offer is issued, which is what appears to have happened here.

    Generally it should all be ok, as long as nothing has changed from the application (no new credit taken out etc) . They are just double checking everything.
