    Get a decent broker, or caveat emptor!

    I'm not yet sure that buyers of financial products have really cottoned-on to the ability to have someone to blame if things go wrong.

    Remonstrating with yourself when you mis-buy without advice is a whole lot different to getting the right product, or the right to get it put right if you didn't and it was a professional's recommendation.

    Thanks for the posts all.. I've taken it all into solicitor, I've booked up to see a IFA who my uncle knows so hopefully they can point me in the right direction
