Prize elements arranged by Stoke Park (stokepark.com):

• Wedding to take place at Stoke Park Country Club, Spa and Hotel, Stoke Park, Park Road, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire SL2 4PG.
• Wedding to take place between August 2012 – November 2013 excluding Valentine’s Day, Bank Holidays, Fridays and Saturdays in December 2012, May-July 2013 and Saturdays in August 2012/2013. Date is subject to availability.
• Four course meal (one being sorbet which include Champagne, Cranberry or Pink Champagne and White Peach Bellini) with a half of a bottle of house wine per person, followed by coffee and chocolates, for up to 80 guests (including a tasting session for the bride and groom).
• One glass of champagne per person each for Reception Drinks and for the Toast.
• Room Hire of the Fountain Room, Wyatt Room and Ballroom.
• A choice of 10 items from the Evening Buffet menu, to cater for up 80 guests.
• Prize is for up to 80 guests in total. Extra guests will be charged at £190 per person (£75 for those aged 12 and under). Total number of guests must not exceed 120.
• Additional beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, are not included unless otherwise stated.
• 80 Stoke Park place cards, table plan and menu cards. Additional quantities are subject to Stoke Park’s discretion and may be charged for.
• An on-site wedding planner for planning the Stoke Park elements of the wedding.
• Bridal Suite for the Bride and Groom for the evening of the wedding, including a bottle of house champagne and dipped strawberries.
• Mansion or Pavilion Bedroom for the Bride and a guest for the night before wedding and to get ready on the wedding day.
• A civil ceremony at Stoke Park can be included upon request. Registrar charges will apply, for more details visit buckscc.gov.uk.
• Wedding Video by the Wedding Documentary Company (weddingdocumentarycompany.com), worth £3,000. The video will last approximately 45-minutes, and will follow the bride and groom through the preparations in the morning, capturing the build-up, the ceremony and all the festivities up to, and including, an hour after the last dance. The video will include a credit sequence at the beginning and end, which includes a list of all guests that attended. The video can be hosted online for up to 12-months and a smart-phone compatible version is also included.
• Wedding photography provided by Angus Thomas Photography (angusthomas.com/wedding-photographer) worth £2250. Includes the time of Angus Thomas and his assistant for the bridal preparations, wedding and reception for a total of eight hours. If additional time is required this will be charged to the bride and groom at a fee of £60 per hour. A disc of all edited photographs from the wedding day, will be provided on a royalty-free basis, permitting the couple to print their own photographs directly from the disc. There will be an online gallery available offering a print sales service for the bride and groom, friends, family and guests from the wedding day. There are no prints or books included, and the photographs are not copy-right free.
• Flowers for the Bride’s bouquet, Bridesmaids bouquets, corsages and tables, provided by Emerald Style (emeraldstyle.co.uk) up to the value of £1,200.
• A ‘Grace’ wedding cake provided by GC Couture (gccouture.co.uk) worth £750.

• A custom-made bridal gown, worth up to £3,000 by Ritva Westenius including three fittings.
• Up to three complimentary fittings are included, to take place at Ritva Westenius Boutique, 28 Connaught Street, London W2 2AF. T: 020 7706 0708.
• Does not include any extras, i.e. accessories, shoes, shrugs/boleros/jackets or head pieces.
• All appointments must be booked in advance, and some gowns may require up to eight months ordering time.

• On-site wedding makeup for the Bride, Bridesmaids and the Mother-of-the-Bride, provided by bareMinerals including a pre-wedding trial for the Bride at their nearest boutique or counter
• Subject to availability the on-site wedding makeup will be carried out by Sarah-Jane Froom, European Make-Up Artist for Bare Escentuals, assisted by her Artistry team. Sarah-Jane is well known for expertly demonstrating the range on QVC, and travels frequently around Europe to hold master classes and workshops for retailers, spas, exhibitions and professional makeup schools, where she presents flawless makeup techniques with live demonstrations.
• A bareMinerals hamper for the Bride, Bridesmaids and Mother-of-the-Bride.
