BE broadband (due to move, as the switch over to sky this year sometime isnt my kettle of fish at all).

what ive noticed, BE says their equipment is uncapped unshaped unbundled, i say bllocks.

ive done random consistant tests since noticeing these drops over the last few weeks.

6am - 6pm 2mg down 0.7 meg up, 37ms ping to scotland from wales using cmd and a scottish web address from google.

6pm - 12 am 1.5 meg down 0.5 meg up 50ms ping to same scottish address.

12 am - 6am 5 meg down 1.3 meg up 16ms ping to scottish address.

whats you guys opinion on this as BE say there is no issues on the lines we are not capping and shaping you and have monitored the line over 24 hour period and see no issue's with line or router or IP.

system not downloading nothing, turned off updates to antivirus windows update and steam, various others that may use bandwidth

play an online games during 6-12 and my ping sits above 150 on a uk server (used to be 40).
