24hr (small) motorhome insurance required

I need to get a motorhome from A to B but am struggling to find a company to cover short-term.
Also so I can be ready what information am I likely to need so I can gather the information together whilst I wait.
Please help and someone offer some hope...as it is fairly urgent...:o

I have looked, but in their FAQ they say that if vehicle does not appear on our data list then it is not acceptable vehicle for this type of insurance. I'm not sure what the data list is though or where to find it to check.
Any other suggestions please..?

Thanks again but they don't do motorhomes... :wall: and :mad: no other way to describe it...

However just these last few minutes Adrian Flux have just put me in touch with HIC https://www.hertsinsurance.com 08451290290 (https://www.saynoto0870.com 01279 506090) who have offered me some hope - I now just have to find out all the information and call them back...

Hi you will need to know the base vehicle eg fiat ducato, peugeot boxer with engine size and also the conversion marque eg swift sundance, compass avantgarde, autotrail or whatever. Best advice I can give is to try
http://www.motorhomefacts.com/insurance.html I have a motorhome so if you need any more help jusk ask. I would advise one of the specialist motorhome insurance companies for a quote. Most 'normal' insurance companies do not have the knowledge or cover available for this type of vehicle

:mad: no joy... I've had three no fault accidents in last three years and one named driver accident... which is too many. It seems so unfair, if I was at fault then I could understand but I wasn't. I'm now trying for a 12 month policy with adrian flux but having trouble there too... £419?!

be focused that quote doesn't sound too bad if its for a full year. Ours is close to that figure with 3 years NCB. If it's for a day then eeeekk!
