Do companies have to honor website prices when you are not ordering from them online?

Can someone please tell me......
If the same company has a mail order & website for purchasing goods from. Do they have to honor the special offers they list on their website to people ordering via the mail order service?
I know an easy answer would be just to order via the website, but I have a gift voucher which can only be used via their mail order. Problem is they have cracking offers on the website which they say they do not offer to mail order customers. Both the mail order and website trade under the same name so surely they are the same business and prices should be universal in pricing regardless of which section of the business you order from? Or perhaps not.
