Receipt is different to price Tag

Hi
So I finally manage to go shopping for the first time in 4 years without my little children and I buy lots of clothes from one shop on debit card, far away from my home. When I get home I notice that the intact price tag is showing a much less price than i was charged on the receipt.
Where do I stand? I'm, sure they would refund me if I took it back but I wont be going there probably until another 4 years!

What's on the price tag isn't necessarily what's in the till/system. The tag is simply an invitation to treat - it's not what you agree to pay.
However ... if it's a chain of stores then a letter to head office may yield some goodwill gesture.0 -
I'd give the store a call to see if they can do anything about it.
Legally you don't really have any rights since you had the opportunity to deal with this at the time, you actually offered the higher amount for the item.
Practically any reasonable retailer would sort you out without any issues.Thinking critically since 1996....0
