Faulty Laptops from PC World!!!

Last July, I bought a laptop in PC World. In February, I had a screen problem whereby the colour started to bleed. I took the product to PC World where I have a Whatever Happens Insurance Plan. They booked it in for repair which to my dismay took a very long time (around 5 weeks). For weeks I was passed from one member of staff to another, with different interpretations of what was being done and how long it would take to repair. Eventually, I got my original laptop written off and was given a replacement. However my new laptop has encountered a new problem. The keyboard is leaving an imprint on the screen when the screen is closed. Wet tissue does not resolve the problem, the only way to remove it would be by using something abrasive which would cause screen damage. It has already left a black mark that cannot be removed (caused by the space bar) and you can seen the outline of the keys on the screen.
I am worried that PC World will fob me off with excuses and leave me with no laptop again during the exam period, again.
Can someone please advise me as to what to do.
Thank you! :money:

anyway of putting a thin screen cloth between the keyboard & screen to lessen the contact.
whats the make & model of the laptop, as it may be a 'design' flaw of a lower end machine. where the lid is being pulled in close to the keyboard..
How long have you had this particular model? move your files off to memory stick \ backup and see if they can do a stright swap. As even if repaired its likely to be more of a build \ design flaw.0 -
Which version of WH plan do you have? I thought that if it took more than 28 days to effect a repair then they replaced it?0

I've tried the cloth option, it's still not working but a bit of a nuisance! It's a Samsung laptop and the model is: NP350U5C. I have had this model for less than 4 weeks.0

Does the keyboard seem level, when you look at it from the sides and front of the laptop? It sounds like the keyboard hasn't been installed correctly, hence the pressing against the screen.0
