iva completion payplan help

Hi i am after some help i completed a full and final settlement if iva with payplan back in september. i still havent had my certificate is this normal?. i am concerned that my record still shows insolvent when its been settled. does the certificate show the date of settlement or do you shopw as being un insolvent from the date of issue of certificate. im sorry for stupid question i just keep getting fobbed off when i ask this question to my case worker, she avoids the question or dosent reply. any help appreciated thanks xxxx

Normally the certificate does not take that long to retrieve from Payplan once the courts have agreed the settlement.
However, the case officers do sometimes require a bit of chasing as they do have a lot of cases to deal with now.
They completed my IVA four years ago now and I am debt free.
Don't worry the IVA once settled is a great relief and then you can get on with rebuilding your life.

what date do they show settled from is it the date the settlement was agreed and funds paid or the date the certificate was sent out?

I recieved my cert last month after settling F&F in june last year. There were delays due to ppi and issues with VAT and HMRC but I was surprised that as soon as I recieved my cert I was removed from the Insolvency register immediately. I thought this took 3 months from recieving cert but I must have been wrong>

Hi, can anyone help with the issue of Payplan asking you to reclaim PPI on anything? I'm worried this will hold up my completion??? Is it mandatory or voluntary?
