Beko Appliances Online

Hi,
I recently purchased a Beko tumble dryer from appliances online. A week later they rang to inform me that the Beko they delivered was one of the ones which catch fire...
So one week later they deliver an upgraded version which is not faulty.
I then receive a phone call informing me they will refund the whole cost of the initial dryer.
However I have to admit that I am not comfortable with the dryer, is there anything I can do? Do appliances online have to swap it if i request?
Also how do i report Appliances Online for what is essentially dangerous practices?
Thanks for help.
Richard

What dangerous practises?
They have refunded your money so what is the complaint?
Am I missing something?0 -
They sold a product which had already been recalled last November...
I just phoned them and they are going to swap the new one for a Hotpoint anyway. So I am happy enough now.0 -
So because they have changed your purchase to a Hotpoint, you are now prepared to overlook their 'dangerous practices' and no longer wish to report them. They sold a product which had already been recalled last November...

Have I got that right?0
