It shows up when you go to place an order, after you view your basket and check out. But I don't get to see a 10% offer, just 5%. Mind you, do need to do an order, just thinking about it, might be worth it, seeing as I do buy cat litter there. Wouldn't say I'm a top customer, so i wonder if everyone sees it? I buy once a year at least! The rest of the time I usually see that my mother is buying there, and ask her to get it for me

I have the plan too, had it for about a year now. Definitely got my money's worth out it.
It appeared randomly at checkout for me too one day, might be just an incentive for people who order regularly?

Yes I got it too. Went for the 3 year option about a year ago. Definitely got my money back in droves already! Hope OP manages to sort it for their friend.

i got offered this from zooplus the other day but i got offered 3% or 5% for 1 year. took the 5% obv but wish i'd been offered more!! i screenshot it to prove it sorry its SOO big
