They would need special permission for that sign as the minimum size for the no waiting emblem is 20cm
That looks barely 2 cm !
    Be happy...;)
  • Thanks spacey. I emailed a letter of appeal to islingtonpcnappeals@civicva.co.uk and received the response in the OP. How do I go about the next stages? This is all new to me.

You will get all appeal information in the notice to owner that the council will send to you. You just need to wait until then before a formal appeal can be submitted.

  • Thanks once again Stroma. I can't see how they can justify it myself. Unless you are looking for it you would never notice it. It makes my blood boil. I pay £135 a year to park on this street and they're telling me I should be looking out for when temporary suspensions may happen!

Everyone gets infomal appeals rejected! But most people win in the end at adjudication if they take it that far.

And most people also win who ask for help on pepipoo, like you have, so let us know when you win!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

By the way I can see you got no replies, give it a friendly bump in the morning if it remains like that by replying to the thread again.
