The choice of bras for teenagers is pretty poor in most shops. When i went into M&S i was told to make an appointment and come back and then there wasn't anything that fitted so it was a bit frustrating. We went elsewhere and found the best fit for her was to wear 'shock absorber' sports bras as its the only supportive ones that appear to fit her. Small back 32 but a d cup. She absolutely hates the padded bras and will not try one on, when she was fitted for her bras we were told she shouldn't wear underwired til she's stopped growing.0

New look is nice and friendly, Asda do some nice stuff, as does boux avenue, whilst mostly for lingerie, there's some gorgeously comfy stuff in standards cottons and what not.
Try eBay too, lots of asian women have smaller breasts, and they sell on ebay.0 -
Littlewoods have some, if you search in the girls underwear section they have 3 different 5 packs and the shorts/knickers to match. My beloved dog Molly27/05/1997-01/04/2008RIP my wonderful stepdad - miss you loads:Axxxxxxxxx:Aour new editionsSenna :male: and Dali :female: both JRT0

Have you tried debenhams for fitting?
Our store is very helpful.
As for actual bras, triumph (I think it is) do non padded and non underwired ones.
I think debenhams offer more choice as they are not tied to just their own brand so you can try on as many as necessary to get the perfect fit.My beloved dog Molly27/05/1997-01/04/2008RIP my wonderful stepdad - miss you loads:Axxxxxxxxx:Aour new editionsSenna :male: and Dali :female: both JRT0 -
Well, we spent last weekend looking, most places had a very poor selection in her size, Primark ladies start at 32A, their childrens only go up to 30AA and she's a 28/30B depending on cut. The same story in Asda, Debenhams and most other places, there are more in M&S in underwired. I managed to get her to try a moulded one on in M&S, they only had one twin pack in one style in her size, thankfully she quite liked them, so we got those and she had the two I got from John Lewis. That'll have to do for now until she grows.
There seems to be this big gap in the market between teen and ladies for small girls with a larger cup, with very little choice until you get up to the 32's.
Lesson learned, keep and eye out and grab anything I see in her size, 28B's really are very rare.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
I've definitely seen 30bs in Debenhams as I used to work there, I think it might have been in the Red Herring range.
I just did a search on their website 88 styles came up. I think you can return to store if they don't fit. Under wired & non under wired, strapless, all sorts! Plus a load seem to be on sale.0 -

This is my bugbear also. I'm 25 but very petite so I measure in at 30 C/D and I struggle getting nice bras. Luckily? I've gone up to 32 DD since having my son but I'm still in nursing bras so can't take advantage of the more common size.
I used to like H&M because they come small and I could get away with a 32 back but if I recall they do come very heavily padded. Debenhams were great too but again quite padded.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).0 -
BHS do both types of bra, i've seen 28's in there.0
