co-op debit transactions

just a heads up really
heard at work today that a branch of co-op in leeds (not sure exactly where, sorry) have had some difficulties with visa purchases and transactions may be being duplicated.
isnt affecting everyone, in fact very few people apparantly but if you have used a debit card in a co-op in leeds recently double check for duplicate transactions as could be easy to miss.
co-op are naturally very apologetic and are of course refunding all duplicates but they may not spot them all..
