The calculators will be based on current pricing, so your actual historical billing should be less. Writing letters, grovelling or otherwise, is just a waste of time. Just submit the readings and contact nPower. If you are able to pay it off in one hit then a PPM is not going to enter into it.
I'm beginning to understand now why it's taken you 18 months to find the meter...
