Thanks, oops - I'm fine now, combination of too much fat and wheat in the prepackaged food my mum wanted us to eat while she was staying with me (I won't be doing that again, not worth it, I'll precook and use frozen veg).
Busted for the late-night walking! Nah, not really dangerous, its all along a very busy main road and then along the edge of a quiet village-type green where my business partner lives. No opportunist would dare touch me striding along in my trainers with a well-packed bag ready to whack all-comers (can you tell I've been to self defence classes in the past?).

Addition to the small tasks: I listed two CDs on Amazon, the first I've done. Of the CDs I want to sell, lots don't seem to have isbn (etc) numbers, I haven't checked the titles yet, thought I'd do the easy ones first. How do people sell those, on ebay? Sorry hypno, can't resist hijacking the thread

* Stocked up on Tesco's soya milk as it is cheaper and I prefer it to Sainsburys....won't need to go buying any for ages now
* Shoehorned two lots of washing in between showers to get dried on the line
* QuidCo searches & Piggy comps
* BF is making a store cupboard dinner - ready any minute now yum!
* Updated my spreadsheet & checked online banking
* Listed a mobile phone manual on EBAYBank Balance: In the black for the moment.

After spending an absolute fortune yesterday including paying £1.75 at cash machine to withdraw money from my account but I was at a concert and I had to buy all the memorabilia!!!! I am back to tightening up those purse strings where possible.
*Found 6p.
*Got 20p for handing back a wrist band for swimming (actually thought it was my nephews but discovered he had his)
*Picked up another wrist band - will return next time I go back into the gym with DH and son.
*Filled up with petrol at the Tesco garage as we were close by and I love collecting points anyway.
*Used my £4 of luncheon vouchers buying a happy meal for son and fillet o fish for me. Didn't bother buying myself a drink as I had water anyway.Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)

Bought some flour and have been experimenting with making bread type things as part of my mission to find alternative snacks and stop buying crisps etc at work.

Evening....
Today I:
* got bus to work and got a lift from the station
* got a lift home from a colleague saving myself £13 for taxi fare (last bus goes at 6.40pm and I finished at 9.30pm)
* used free texts and minutes to contact friends
* ate lunch and dinner at work for free
* checked online banking and am on track!
* will do searches on quidco
