Constant letters from car insurer asking for more money!

Hi, i took out my car insurance policy last year, paying the total amount upfront, with a company called 'only young drivers' ever since ive had letters every 2-3 months saying i owe various amounts of money for everything under the sun! i sent 3 copies of my no claims bonus by email and post, which they're saying they never received, so i got my previous insurance company to email then directly and still got letters saying i owe £200+ or my policy will be canceled and just when i thought it was all sorted i receive a letter yesterday saying my policy has been canceled and i owe them £20.01!! im fed up with this company and questioning if it is even legit? is there anything i can do! ive tried emailing and ringing directly to sort this all out and had no reply.

Can be more specific about the letters/requests you've had and when they were?

You need to get insurance elsewhere, BUT you need to declare you have had a policy cancelled.

Then stick in a formal complaint to the old insurer. And get that cancellation removed from your file.

A lot of insurers may not insure you after ticking the yes box to having a policy cancelled. So avoid the comparison websites and goto a local broker.
Explain you have had a policy cancelled and you are in a dispute over that.

If you fail to declare it then you may not be covered.
