I have a lot to sell that I was going to sell as a bulk lot. Due to the amount that I have, its going to cost a lot. The thing is, I dont have a very good selling feedback because when I last sold a few things via dropshipping, first of all, the supplier had a family emergency and then I had my net disconnected so I couldnt get the buyers details. Obviously I know realise the simple answer to that was to go to an internet cafe, but I didnt think of that at the time. How would other sellers recommend that I get the best possible price?

This is a difficult one AdamB. Personally, I would be reluctant to bid as your last feedback as a seller is mainly negative. What sort of goods are you planning to sell, as this may have a bearing on sales. e.g. I might buy books from you but would not touch mobile phones or games consoles. You need to regain peoples trust. Can you split the items and do smaller sales to build up your feedback again?0

Why not close that account an open another? Start from scratch?! Your account looks like a mess, there is no way I would buy anything from you!

completely agree with angelcake, no offence but your account is totally battered and bruised.
there's no way i would touch it with a barge pole, and with the new system of displaying feedback, when buyers click on your feedback rating from within your item listings they will first of all see just your record as a seller, which is the worst thing about your profile!
if by that time they have not disappeared they will then check your overall record and that then looks like your a shill bidder for david-s-sales, so its not looking good!
create a new account lad, kiss this one goodbye0 -
yes definitely start a new account0

I agree with the others, I wouldn't give your items a second glance as your feedback is far too poor. Your only chance is to start again, set up a new account and buy a few bits and bobs to get some feedback before you start to sell again.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I agree. You didn't have a huge amount of feedback anyway, so it will take relatively few transactions on a new account to get you back to where you were before the negs. I'd even be more likely to buy from someone with 0 feedback than with your current feedback record. If you start over, you might even manage to keep a 100% posisitve rating, but if you stick with your old account it's never going to be unblemished no matter how hard you work at improving it.0

The other arguement for starting a new account is that all your recent purchases are on there, assuming you are going to be reselling the wholesale stock you have bought!
Keep the account for buying and bidding, but set up a new seller account, and pick a name that suits what you plan to sell.
If I see a low value item from a 0 rated seller, I generally have no hestitation in purchasing - everybody has to start somewhere, and at least low value items, if things do go a bit awry, then it is only a small risk to me as a buyer. If you use your same paypal account on both accounts, then you should have the paypal protection logo displayed on your new listings anyway, and that will add security for buyers to your listings.
Your current 18 feedback score is disposable, and not worth worrying about a few old negs.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
