Yes Skype, I have an external webcam as well but there is no choice to use the inbuilt one or external webcam.

It is windows, I have got the webcam working by connecting the HDMI lead, but it does not seem to work with skype. I thought mic will also be integrated but there is no mic. I think i will need to use an external webcam with mic, what a shame can't use the webcam that came with the monitor.0
