Sygma / Creation rejecting BT to Clear Outstanding

This is both a warning and a request for help!
I've just got a long 0% offer via Natwest. I intended to clear the balance on my Creation card before the interest free period ran out but my initial balance transfer was returned.
I called the relevant CC team and they told me it is because Creation do not accept faster payments and that is how Natwest sends the balance transfers.
This leaves me rather stuck, does anyone know a way round this? I called Creation and got the bank account details but Natwest say they can't send the money to anything but a 16 digit card number as it is a balance transfer.
So, beware!

I have done it fine, the details depend also on the card I notice when I did it via nationwideDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
