Getting owed money from company

1. As mentioned in my post above the court have ordered it be repaid. There is a CCJ against the company in favour of my friend. So this makes it a legal debt.
2. One of the purposes of me being here is for advice on how that debt mey be legally transferred/assigned to a new owner.

In getting the services out of them for writing the debt off, I may be accused of being sneaky, but I don't wish it to be illegal . I certainly dont regard it as immoral since this company are trying to renege on what they owe and not discussing alternative arrangments/compromises if there is a current cash flow issue. The amount is about £1,250 which is enough for a pensioner but shouldn't be that much to most SMEs unless they have been screwing everybody!
