New Mortgage Deals

Hi All,

I've just signed up as a member, I've been browsing for a while and thought it was time I registered.

I'm looking to remortgage as my fixed rate ends on April 30th. My question is, does anyone know of anywhere that offers any kind of alert system to let you know when new mortgage products come onto the market?

At the moment I just use MoneySupermarket on a daily basis, which is starting to get a bit tedious

I'm looking for an 80% LTV, either fixed rate or tracker. The best I've seen is as follows:

• ING Direct - 2 year Tracker @ 2.59%, £2k fees
• Nottingham BS - 2 year Fixed @ 2.79%, £999 fees
• Nottingham BS - 3 year Fixed @ 2.99%, £299 fees

The West Brom BS products were perfect, but my property was built in 2000 and they have a maximum LTV of 50% on properties built 2000 or later.

Does anyone know of any better products?
