Lidl Laundry Promotion Terms & Conditions:
The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK over 18, excluding employees and their families of Procter & Gamble, Lidl and any other agencies professionally associated with this promotion. Purchase necessary.
To enter simply purchase any Procter & Gamble products in participating Lidl stores between 14th March and 14th April 2013 and go online to www.lidlwashingmachine.co.uk to enter. Winners must be able to provide their original Lidl receipt as proof of purchase in order to claim their prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for entries not received, incomplete or delayed due to technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Only one entry per person. Last date of receipt of entries is 19.04.13 at midnight. All entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw. The first ten entries randomly selected will win a Hotpoint washing machine worth a maximum of £530, with delivery to the winner’s home address. The washing machine is an Ultima WMUD942 model and comes in a choice of four colours: Polar White, Graphite, Black and Stainless Steel.
The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
The winner will be notified by phone or email by 24.04.13 and will be required to claim their prize within 7 working days; otherwise the promoter reserves the right to select an alternatives winner. On receipt of prize claim, the Winner will be subject to a verification process and will be required to post their original Lidl receipt showing the product purchase between 14.03.13 and 14.04.13 to Lidl Laundry, Golley Retail, 5-8 Richmond Terrace, Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8BP, in order to be able to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be liable for receipts not received, delayed or incorrect. No photocopies accepted, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
The winner’s details will be available after this date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Winners List, Lidl Laundry Competition, 5-8 Richmond Terrace, Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8BP. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material and are agreeing to take part in any publicity that Lidl may reasonably ask of you.
