I got mine, but only after been treted like a thief. The customer services lady, gave me back my coupon and said we don't take photo copies. I told her it was not a photocopy, it was a printed voucher from an email sent by bounty. Anyway, in front of me she rang someone saying "I've got a girl here with a coupon that looks like a photo copy, but she says its downloaded off the internet (I had not said that, I said it had come from a voucher emailed by bounty), am I allowed to give her the bag" The person on the phone oviously just said yes, cos she walked off, gave me a bag and then turned her back on me. She was so rude.
I think that is staff requirements of Morrisons..... They are always soooo rude!! Even went to get petrol and she was sooo grumpy!!Angel

I got one yesterday, with a smile!
There was actually a sign at the CS desk about the packs, and the lady was really nice.

A word of warning, cs refused to give me one today, saying they weren't allowed totake photocopied vouchers, i said 4 times it was an e-mail i got not a photocopy and each time she said she couldn't take photocopies (bascially felt she was calling me a liar but not outright) anyways i asked her to put contact details of who had told her this was the policy as i'd received an e-mail telling me to present 'this' in store....suddenly she's all flustered, phones some guy, and decides she can accept it because i said it was from an e-mail (what she didn't hear me the first 4x!)...she'd been on holiday, the policy must've changed etc etc then she handed over the bag..
This might be hard to believe but i did the whole thing being soooper nice...almost sickly!
Be firm folks, it needn't mean nasty!
Stores seem to have been told not to take photocopies, but to accept e-mail versions, trouble is they look exactly the same when printed black & white - so stand your ground folks!Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
I got mine today having done weekly shop, no problems accepting the poor quality pdf file (it prints out badly) they had a big sign up at customer service desk.0
