Collected mine today at Castle Bromwich and they accepted my voucher .No probs. Now all I have to do is recycle the junk I brought home.

I tried using this in Swansea on sunday - was told the bags had not yet arrived and was given an envelope full of vouchers instead.

My partner collected mine for me today from the Rochdale branch. There was a big sign above customer services about the bag, but the first lady who served him looked at it and asked if he'd come back when he'd done his shopping. He went back again and was seen by a different lady, who looked at it and said she wasn't sure what to do. She tried scanning then tapping in the barcode, which worked. Then said she'd better speak to her manager, so she phoned upstairs. Fortunately the manager said it was fine, so she finally reached under the desk and got him one. He did not love me for wasting his lunch hour like that lol

I got mine, but only after been treted like a thief. The customer services lady, gave me back my coupon and said we don't take photo copies. I told her it was not a photocopy, it was a printed voucher from an email sent by bounty. Anyway, in front of me she rang someone saying "I've got a girl here with a coupon that looks like a photo copy, but she says its downloaded off the internet (I had not said that, I said it had come from a voucher emailed by bounty), am I allowed to give her the bag" The person on the phone oviously just said yes, cos she walked off, gave me a bag and then turned her back on me. She was so rude.
