Product finally arrived but i still have a 25kg sack of the wrong product they sent me and since this company takes an ice age to do anything I was wondering what kind of deadline i can give them?
It's already been about a week or two so can i say two weeks from today?
They're pace is so glacial I don't want this 25kg sack in my hallway indefinitely!
Still have to say do not use realfoods.co.uk.
Is two weeks to collect reasonable, and should i send them charges for storage after this period?
I just want them to get there !!!!!! in gear this is bordering on the pathetic!0 -
I really like Real foods. Was with Farmaround before who I really like for their principles but they were so inefficient my patience run out. In contrast Real Foods shines.
a) They let me know by e-mail if something is out of stock
b) I can check back for previous orders and reorder
c) I find them as cheap if not cheaper than my local whole food store (I do
live in Hastings tho)
d) They have a huge range of stuff
e) I like the articles posted on their site e.g. re organic versus non organic
f) You can do bulk orders
I noticed glowing reports for Faramaround while mine were not. Real Foods seems to have the same now. Perhaps it is partly down to the region....or perhaps they are now better...I joined them this year.0
