1. 4. There is a limit of one entry per valid email address/person. 5. The start date of the promotion is Thursday 14th March 2013. All entries to be received by the closing date of Friday 17th May 2013. 6. Entry to the prize draw will be automatic upon my-wardrobe’sreceipt of valid completed entries which are received before the closing date. 7. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted. 9. Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscriptions, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. 11. The prize is a five night stay for two people sharing at Jade Mountain St Lucia in a Sanctuary Suite with breakfast and airport transfers to/from Hewanorra International Airport.The prize must be taken before 17th May 2014. Major holidays are excluded and booking is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary as selected by the hotel. The prize also includes a fixed airfare contribution of £1,000 or USD equivalent. 12. Winners will be responsible for obtaining necessary travel documentation and making the necessary health checks prior to travel. If the potential winner (or any guest) is unable to visit the hotel or its destination for any reason, including visa restrictions, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize. Unless otherwise specified, all transportation, meals, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals and all other expenses are not included. Approximate retail value of the prize is £5,000 GBP – £6,000. 13. The prize also includes a £2,000 my-wardrobe gift card to be spent on site within 12 months of issue. The voucher code is redeemable one time only if the value of the basket is more than the value of the my-loyalty voucher. If the value of the basket is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will remain available through the same code for a next purchase. 14. The prize is as stated and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. 15. The prize winner will be selected at random on Monday 20th May and all reasonable effort will be made to contact them via email within 14 days. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 16
