premier park court shall I ignore it

Never messaged on here or the other place always advised to look pepipo but read the advise that these !!!!! couldn’t do anything after I got a few fines for parking at my girlfriends place. My cars not worth anything so wasn’t very bothered and never have been as I also got rid of a clamp once.

Stay at my girlfriends all the time so didn’t get mail for a while and I have got a court claim for these tickets not to bothered but shall I just ignore it

You do not ignore a Court claim, ever. You need to check that it's genuine by phoning the Court tomorrow, as some firms (CE for example) issue fake ones and some real ones and it's hard to tell which is which.

Then get to pepipoo for a robust defence to get the PPC to fold.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think this has been posted on Pepipoo but the OP needs patience

Simon - you came on for advice and have got some, but at the end of the day, it's your problem. If you can't be bothered and want someone else to do all the work, then you should see a solicitor who will happily relieve you of the hassle.

Yes and No in that order. If you want help, they specialise in this sort of thing, this site is at its best as a general forum.

Well, as the op has not been back, I assume that he/she has got the help they need, even though I could not find them on Pepipoo.

  • they have sent bailiff to my old address (i have moved in with gf) as my old neighbour called to say baliff has been round as person living there has asked if I could sort it so don't come around to them again. Is there any way of them finding out where I live now? If not i shall continue to ignore.
