Card facility for sole trader with poor credit

I've been a self employed therapist for five years now and in July this year I will have been in a debt management arrangement with the CCCS for three years.
I'm trying to get a card facility for my clients with izettle and see that a credit check is required in their terms and conditions and suspect I'm going to be declined.
Is there a way to overcome this? Does anyone else in a similar situation have a solution???

If you are taking payment by the internet in advance of sessions you could try Paypal as an alternative.

Or use PayPal Virtual Terminal. It costs £20 per month as the cost also uses their web payment facilities for if you have your own website too, but it would allow you to charge customers there and then if you have internet access.
