DRO help again please. If i moved in with my oh

Not as romantic as I may like but whilst discussing with my oh the pros and cons of a DRO he's suggested we (kids and I) go back and live with him. It was being spoken about with a view to moving in when he sold his current house and bought another but thats not going to happen until much later in the year. So on my DRO application i would 'loose' the tax credits and child maintenance but obviously be 'better off' in many ways as a family. (confusingly he's also the children's father but we split 3 years ago)

If (big if) we did take the plunge would his income be included in anyway? ie if he earned 9 times more than me would he be expected (as far as the DRO is concerned) to pay 90% of the bills? or could it be split 50/50 as much as possible.

I just need to make sure I am going down the right path here with regards to the DRO
Liz
