Great news, she did say she'd get this cancelled though , didn't she?
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Don't worry, I collect tickets from this lot for fun.
Depending on mood I'm in/how busy I ignore or appeal. Can't get past first base on appeals though.
If the Manager doest do has expected let us know which store and we'll give you the contact details of someone the Manager won't want to get involved. ;)

I don't wish to hijack anyone's thread but if you have the contact details of the Asda store manager rugby I would be extremely grateful thanks in advance :)

The phone number will be on the receipt, I think. Often the Manager's name is too.

I went back into the asda store today and spoke to the manager.
I explained what had happened and straight away she said it was not a problem and not to worry about it, she took the ticket from me and said if I had any other problems parking them I had to go back and see her.
I didn't feel the need to go into why I shouldn't have been given a ticket in the first place as she was very apologetic, but it does annoy me that other people would have just paid the fine as they wouldn't have been any wiser like I would have done before I came onto the forum.
Once again a big thank you to you all for your advice and to give me the encouragement to make a stand, I really do appreciate it.

Well done for being empowered and getting this scam sorted out!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Glad to hear youve sorted it, now go out and spread the word to as many people as possible, print of a few pepipoo flyers, hand them to freinds relatives neighbours colleages etc, if you can put them up in your local pubs noticeboard, comunity centres etc etc, keep some in your car, and if your at ASDA again and you see the TCP PPC patrol bod in a hi-vis jacket give him a pepipoo flyer as well.

Stroma, she did say she would sort it and I won't hear any more about it. If I do get a letter about it then I'll go straight back to her as she said for me to do and if she back tracks on what she said then I will start jumping up and down about it now I'm armed with all this information. Thanks again Stroma/
