i've got a pdf that i need to print but its got restricted features so i can't print or copy the text. anyone know if there's a free prog' that will unlock it. or a viewer that might let u print?

If you do that, you don't have access to the text itself.
There are some programs to unprotect PDF files, but they are illegal. The guy who found the workaround even got sued by Adobe.0 -
yes but you could still print them out - have done so myself. The OP only said he wanted to print..
