Nobody on benefits can afford that anyway, unless they are on disability or pension benefits.

Working age benefits are a pittance. Only the pensioners and disabled are raking in enough to afford such luxuries.

A large number of low paid workers are affected by this as well.
Not the average daily fail reader would know.

    Aye.

Roll your own duty free baccy and cider/the occasional cheap lager at a push.

But not cigarettes and pub drinks.

My wife and I live on about 3/4 of this on full time wages.

We don't smoke, have sky (ok, free view) and rarely drink.

Some of these LA types need to have a word with themselves. It's a safety net, not a means to have a cushy life.

Perhaps if they spend more time learning to cook decent food instead of watching sh@te pumped through their idiot lantern by rupert Murdoch they might actually start enjoying life.

Does anyone else experience their brains turning to mush whilst watching eastenders and its ilk?

So you spend less than £60 a week on food, energy, clothes, transports in fact every thing apart from rent and council tax.
