Third party debt order form N349 - do I need to know the bank?

Hi,
I have an ex-client who owes me a sum of money and I've gone through court and won, yet even though they have a CCJ against them have not paid.
I've seen I can do a Third Party Debt Order to try and recover the money owed from their bank but I don't know which bank they use.
Is there a way of finding out which bank they use if I need to put this on the Third Party Debt Order form N349?
Thanks in advance.
