Thank you. They haven't said which court or a reference. They have already said they don't have to send me copies of the actual agreement (because it went to ccj), so I'm wondering if they will say the same when we ask for proof of the ccj.
Is there a template for requesting a copy ccj or would we need to do a Statment Access Request letter ?
Just ask for it (in writing). You've not seen it and without a court reference you've no way of checking what the order was - it might have been for you to pay £12 at £1 per month!
It might not even exist.0 -
Could anyone tell me if we should use a real signature on the statute barred letter to DCA or is better to just type out name - had seen some other threads saying be careful what you use a signature on. Would typing a name be good enough?
