Need some help please re: Intosofa

Hi there, I'm desperately after some advice please.
I purchased a large corner sofa from Intosofa online in January last year, which cost almost £1000. Over the last couple of months the springs in it have been popping off, rendering one seat completely unusable and 2 others super uncomfortable.
I have tried contacting Intosofa both via their website and the telephone number listed on the email receipt, but they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth! :mad:
How do I go about either getting a refund or repair, if I am unable to locate the company I purchased from?
