Do I have any recourse for a freezer which has stopped working after only 20 months? It did only come with. 12 month warranty but surely they're meant to last longer than this! Whirlpool WBE3321NFS

Yes, you may have recourse.

Hi, bought it from Tesco Direct using a credit card.0

Tesco have said they will send 'an over 1 year' form for me to complete. Not sure what they do once they get the form back........I'll get back to you when the form turns up.0

Had a look because I've heard of "an over 1 year" form. Came up with another forum - someone else was sent this by Tesco and ended up being sent a cheque as a partial refund. So this might work out OK for you.0
