This one inst bad but I am sure there would be better than this...its only 32gb SSD memory which doesn't seem that much at all!!!

It's true that the SSD is only 32 GB (they are a lot more expensive than HDD) but it also has a 500 GB HDD. I guess that laptop might store the frequently accessed data in the SSD and the rest in the HDD.
I couldn't find one that will full-fill all your criteria. But this one comes really close to your needs. It's refurbished but it comes with the standard 1 year warranty. http://store.apple.com/uk/product/FD231B/A/refurbished-macbook-air-18ghz-dual-core-intel-core-i50 -
ASUS Zenbook UX32A-R3037H
ASUS Zenbook UX31E-RY012V
Acer Aspire S3-391
Asus Zenbook would have better quality screen. Acer is cheap, but the battery life is not impressed.0 -

I would have though those 32GB SSD is use as cache which inaccessible by user. Correct me if I am wrong.0 -

As for a touch screen laptop, I suggest you consider Asus S400CA. Although it doesn't has SSD. But it is £200 cheaper!

Thanks for all the suggestions..looking through them I think the Sony one below still stands out the most because of its price and it has a decent split of SSD and a 'normal' hard drive..
There are 128GB hard drives but that just seems too small..especially considering the OS would probably eat up quite a decent portion of that. This one inst bad but I am sure there would be better than this...its only 32gb SSD memory which doesn't seem that much at all!!!
