Got the clear plastic one in exchange.... That box is almost half the size of the black box I got... Got the other pouch and exchanged it for the new version.. Plugged it in and its installed ITUNES right away. Tried it on my laptop and had to download ITUNES but now it wants to delete everything from the IPOD I put on from the other PC when I try to put music from the laptop on it... Going to have to read a bit more about it... Also it downloaded an update and froze twice.... Starting to regret keeping it all over again..0 -

customerservice@dsgiplc.com
peter.keenan@dsgiplc.com - CEO
geoffrey.budd@dsgiplc.com - Company Secretary
And they eventually put me in touch with someone in their legal team who arranged the repairs. The laptop went faulty five or six times again until I decided to purchase a new one this year - from PC World.
I'm suing Currys for the cost of the replacement and a little compensation for the inconvenience.
As someone said, the service they provide is poor. I've also had to call their PR director on his mobile as they were ignoring me - his details are on their website btw- he put me in touch with "executive customer service" who offered £400 as settlement. I rejected and await my court date.
Why did you buy a replacement from pc world if you are suing currys? Its the same company0 -

you dont need to read about it, just tick "manually manage music" and then you can use it on as many pc's as you wish without it wiping your ipod. If it freezes just leave it plugged into the mains it will reset. Why did you update it if you havent even used it yet?
what i have noticed on this thread is that people seem to have no idea what they are buying, then hold the shop responsible for it.0
