Best Email Tracker for business

HI,
Can anyone recommend an email tracker? I used to use constant contact, but find them expensive now (after 60 day free trial).
Are there any good free ones out there?
Cheers

Is what you really want a CRM? There are some freeware crm packages out there as well as paid offerings
  • Mailchimp. By far the ESP I've ever used, and I've used a few. It lets you have up to 2000 subscribers on a free account, and you can send 12,000 emails a month.

I use Intouch as a CRM/email system as well, and it's about £15 a month, but you also have to buy email credits. It's email functionality isn't as good or as user friendly as Mailchimp, but it does the job.

Thanks all for your replies, I will check them out. I need to see if people open the website too, within the email.
Anyway, I'll look at the links you've given me.
    Thank you!

    YMLP is another one
only tip is that addresses can be hard to transfer in or out of mailing lists, make sure you can add your current list or take out a new list if you want to change mailing service.

PS I forgot to mention that the editing is easier than others I've tried

We have used Mailchimp. If you are new to email templates it may take a while to get your head around it but once you have Mailchimp seems to offer everything you need. I have used a few and find them all tricky to start with!
  • interspire is what you want by the sounds of things depends how big your emailing game is, theres always sendsafe if your 'that' way inclined ;)
