can I put a link to another ebay shop in my ACTUAL listing?

I know that I can use the 'cross promotion connections' to have someone elses listings shown on my completed item page, and I expect that it would be OK to link to another persons shop in my About Me page but what about in a normal auction listing, is it OK to recommend another seller who is selling something that complements my items?
If I screw my eyes up tight I can just about see where you're coming from
