ADOBE 8 Can't download

Jake'sGran

I have been trying for days to download this free software but at the end of it all I get a message along the lines that "there seems to be a problem".
Report to Microaoft or Don't report. Can anyone suggest a reson for this?
I am using the Google free download list.

Download directly from Adobe: click here

Very good, fast & light free alternative: Foxit Reader

P.S. Good free download manager, if required: Orbit Downloader

Only thing it could be free is Acrobat Reader, if its anything else then no wonder your having problems, only place you'll get a full free copy is from some very dodgy websites.

ormus

thats right. only the reader is free.
and if you have say win2k, then you cant use the latest version. maybe thats the problem?
use adobe v6.0 instead.

Yes, it is the Acrobat Reader and I believe I have managed it now.
I wish I was a real "teckie" but won't make it now so I will use this resource instead.
