Samsung HDMI3 port & CEC anynet+

When I connect something into the HDMI3 port on my samsung smart es8000 tv the CEC anynet turns off automatically i.e my samsung soundbar which is connected thru HDMI2 port(ARC).

This is really strange and im ripping my hair out trying to figure this out. have been at it last 2 days.

Can anyone please help
