Prepayment meter charge per week

Hi everyone

Have just checked my prepayment to see if my debt has been transferred over as I had arranged to pay it off at £10 per week. It has gone over and it says the debt amount and debt charge of £10 per week but it also says charge per week is £12.?? ( can't remember off hand) Just a bit worried ill credit the meter tomorrow and £22 will disappear! Not entirely sure what the charge per week was before but it was certainly not £12! Anyone shed any light? I am with scottish power and it is a electricity meter.

Is that the £10 plus £2 standing charge? Might be best telephoning SP.

If the charge per week is £12 (screen F), that includes the debt charge (screen S) and the standing charge.
It will recover screen F at 1% (12p) every 101 minutes from the credit on the front, unless you are in emergency credit or out of credit when it remembers and collects it when you next top up.
