Paypal withdraw to Bank transfer

Just curious if i can withdraw the available money on my credit cards using paypal and then transfer over to the bank account.

No as Paypal only allow you to add cash on account with a bank account only,

Credit cards can only be used for purchasing

Yes you can send it to another paypal account and withdraw from there if you pay the 3.4% + 20p fee. Many people have done this with no problem, but you will be breaking their T&Cs and you should be prepared for paypal to freeze the funds for 6 months.
