Yorkshire Bank Issue 13 fixed rate bond

Hi there,
I was wondering if anybody else got the same letter from the yorkshire bank as me. I signed up for a 2 year bond at 4% and recently got a statement in the post which stated my balance but underneath it said
"The following credit interest rates were applicable at the statement date"
Account balance 0-1000 0.10% Gross rate and continued to list balances all at 0.1% which got me confused as now i'm unsure whether or not I am getting the 4%
Any ideas most appreciated
Andy

I opened a 2 year 4% job with Yorks bank on 12/01/12 and thought that I might have rec'd an annual statement by now but I haven't to date.
Just read my certificate and unfortunately it does not make reference to the Issue number, just the amount deposited, rate, opening and maturity dates.
I have been meaning to pop into the branch which is only a couple of miles away but my devotion to my employment has to date prevented this (get it while you can).
I have a half day zombie leave on Friday so I'll pop in then, I will keep you posted if I can find anything out.0 -
Many thanks eddie, they don't seem to be too keen on actually giving any sort of document out relating to the savings which is a bit of a worry but i'll let you know if I find anything out myself0

Yorkshire bank are the same as Clydesdale bank, both owned by NAB (National Australia Bank). If you click contact us on the Yorkshire website, the address is Clydesdale Bank, Glasgow.
My wife and I have held a 5% 5yr Fixed rate ISA with them for three years and we have never had an annual statement of any kind apart from the initial letter confirming the investment and Bond certificate.
I normally write to them every year requesting a statement to show the interest and new balance and they normally reply within a week.0
