provident help - IVA

Try not to worry slimzoe, these can be included in an IVA regardless of how old the debt is :-)
From my experience with Provident they eventually get fed up of knocking and pass the account to head office (who take their time to get their act together).
If they call again and you can speak to them, tell them you are seeking advice and you can't pay - they will have seen this before lots of times.
