purchased phone online over a month ago. quickly realised it was inappropriate for my son so rang and cancelled order within about 10 mins of making order. Informed refund would be put back on credit card.
this has still not happened despite ringing customer services several times who promised they would sort. Payment of £75 now due on the credit card.
can anyone give me advice/help me as it seems carphone warehouse are not forthcoming in refunding the money!
V frustrated as ive spenT houirs on phone trying to sort

    Do the terms and conditions permit you to cancel by telephone? Best thing would be to write a letter of cancellation and complaint.

    I used to work for them.

    If an order was cancelled, the payment would usually be automatically cancelled and should be automatically returned within about 1-2 days.

    Give them a call to let them know it's not gone back in.
